The Accounting team is the financial backbone of our organization, ensuring the accuracy, compliance, and smooth processing of our global operations. As our new Accountant, you'll step in to keep purchase invoices moving smoothly and ensure our numbers always tell the right story. We are scaling globally, meaning the volume of our work is growing fast and we need your help now. In this role, you will:
- Verify and register primary accounting documents to ensure accurate financial tracking.
- Independently process purchase invoices and ensure correct dimension allocation.
- Record and reconcile bank transactions, as well as accounts payable and supplier balances.
- Handle the end-to-end registration and accounting for fixed assets.
- Work with the team to assist in the preparation of monthly and annual financial statements.
Your skills & experience:
- At least 2 years of experience in an accounting role.
- Bachelor's or higher degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to prioritize effectively, meet deadlines, and stay flexible.
- Good professional communication skills in English and fluent in Lithuanian.
- Comfort taking accountability for your work and bringing a creative approach to problem-solving.
Nice to have:
- Experience working with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central.
- Previous experience in a technology-driven or tech-related environment.

- Gross salary: 1700 - 3000 EUR/month. Keep in mind that we are open to discuss a different salary based on your skills and competencies.
