We build and scale US health brands through Meta ads, YouTube ads and AppLoving. We're hiring one ad video editor to own the edit on our direct-response ads, working directly with the founder and the creative strategist.
What you'll make:
You get the script and decide how it comes to life, and you see the spend and results of every ad you make.
How to apply:
1. Watch the short video and fill in the form:
2. Include 2–3 links to ads you edited (Meta Ad Library links are perfect) and roughly what they spent.
3. Shortlisted editors get a 15-minute call, then a paid test.
We don't need a CV.
What you'll make:
- Mini-VSLs (1–3 min story ads), including talking 3D character ads
- AI-avatar talking-head ads
- UGC-style direct-response ads and hook variations
- About 5 new concepts and 15 hooks a week

Reikalavimai darbuotojui
- 2+ years editing performance ads in-house for a DTC brand or agency (e.g. supplements, health, beauty)
- You can show 2–3 ads you edited that ran with real spend
- You use AI video tools in your daily workflow (Higgsfield, Kling, Veo, ElevenLabs or similar)
- You write a short end-of-day report every day
- Good written English

- $3,000/month base (≈ €2,600), paid on the 5th of each month, B2B contract
- A bonus on every ad you edit that scales: $50 when it passes $5K spend, rising to $1,500 at $500K. Variations of an existing ad earn half.
- The spend data on every ad you made, so you can see which edits won
- Fully remote, no office days. We agree a daily ~3-hour overlap after you join; it's never a night shift.
