Agricultural staff

Mäder Kräuter AG is an internationally active, sustainably operated organic food producer with sites in Switzerland and abroad.

From January 2027, we are looking for agricultural staff for a fixed-term seasonal role
(for approximately 1 year, with the option of extension)

Duties

• Tending to herb crops (hoeing, weeding)
  
• Harvesting, trimming, weighing and packing fresh culinary herbs
  
• Various general maintenance and cleaning tasks
  

Working conditions and benefits

• Mon–Fri 07.00–12.00 / 13.00–17.30 – Sat 07.00–12.00 (seasonal overtime possible)
  
• Salary: CHF 3,460 (gross) per month
  
• 4 weeks holiday per year. No holiday is possible over Christmas
  
• Accommodation (flat or room) is provided by the company (rent is deducted from your salary)
