GET READY TO:
- Gather and revise documents submitted by customers, ensuring effective and timely provision of required information and documentation to foreign tax authorities.
- Communicate and respond to inquiries from tax authorities and other relevant services.
- Communicate with authorities regarding non-refunded and partially refunded applications.
- Maintain constant written and verbal communication with tax authorities regarding procedural updates and excise duty regulations.
- Ensure high-quality and accurate submission of applications, providing feedback to employees involved in these operations.
- Identify and implement opportunities for process improvement and automation.
- Manage and organize submitted client documents and related decisions.
- Support project management tasks assigned by the Line Manager.
- Cooperate closely with internal teams and other departments.
- Handle debt collection, monitor bankruptcy procedures, and manage loss, requests, and appeals.
WE EXPECT YOU TO HAVE:
- Proven operational background.
- Excellent command of English.
- Knowledge of other languages (French, Spanish) would be an advantage.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent IT literacy (especially Microsoft Office applications).
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Responsible, reliable, and demonstrating high integrity in daily work
