What you'll do:
- Perform audit procedures, including testing, reconciliations, calculations, and analytical reviews.
- Analyze financial data and financial statements.
- Work with audit and data analysis tools, including MS Excel and audit software.
- Support audit teams in delivering high-quality services to clients.
- Develop an understanding of various industries, business models, and financial reporting practices.
- Collaborate with experienced professionals and contribute to client engagements.
What we're looking for:
- Final-year student or recent graduate in Economics, Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
- Strong interest in audit, accounting, and financial analysis.
- Excellent analytical thinking and attention to detail.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
- Good MS Excel skills and confidence working with data.
- Strong communication skills in both Lithuanian and English.
- Proactive attitude, curiosity, and willingness to learn.
- Knowledge of AI tools (such as Microsoft Copilot, ChatGPT, or other AI-powered productivity and analytics solutions) and an interest in applying AI to improve efficiency, data analysis, or audit processes.
Nice to Have:
- Previous internship or work experience in audit, accounting, finance, or business analysis.
- Experience working with large datasets and reporting tools.
