„OJ Crew“ ieško buhalterio asistento (-ės) / apskaitininko (-ės) į vyr. buhalterės komandą.

Darbo pobūdis:

Pirminių apskaitos dokumentų tvarkymas ir kontrolė;
Vyr. buhalterio deleguotų užduočių atlikimas;
Pirkimo dokumentų suvedimas į buhalterinę programą;
Įeinančių ir išeinančių dokumentų valdymas ir administravimas;
Darbuotojų darbo grafikų priežiūra ir administravimas (darbo dienos, atostogos, nedarbingumas, įsakymai, prašymai);
Finansinės dokumentacijos archyvavimas ir tvarkingas įforminimas;
Įdarbintų jūrininkų atlyginimų apskaita;
Darbas su duomenimis, jų suvedimas į sistemas.

Reikalavimai:

Anglų kalbos žinios – būtinos;
Patirtis dirbant su B1 buhalterine programa – privalumas;
Darbo patirtis jūriniame sektoriuje – privalumas.

Aukštasis / aukštesnysis buhalterinis, finansinis arba ekonominis išsilavinimas (privalumas);

• Puikūs darbo kompiuteriu įgūdžiai (Word, Excel, Outlook);
  
• Geros anglų kalbos žinios (raštu ir žodžiu) – didelis privalumas;
  
• Panašaus darbo patirtis – ne mažiau kaip 6 mėnesiai;
  
• Gebėjimas greitai reaguoti į besikeičiančią situaciją;
  
• Geri organizaciniai ir darbo laiko planavimo įgūdžiai;
  
• Gebėjimas greitai mokytis ir įsisavinti naują informaciją;
  
• Verslo etikos ir protokolo išmanymas;
  
• Asmeninės savybės: organizuotumas, atsakingumas, kruopštumas, sąžiningumas, lankstumas, komunikabilumas, iniciatyvumas ir gebėjimas greitai reaguoti į pokyčius.
  

Privalumai, jei:

• Išmanai apskaitos programą „B1“;
  
• Turi patirties jūrinėje ar panašioje veiklą vykdančioje įmonėje;
  
• Turi patirties biuro veiklos administravimo srityje.
