Job description:
As a Business Analyst, you will play a critical role in transforming stakeholder requirements into seamless payments, compliance, and financial system integrations. You will collaborate closely with stakeholders and cross-functional teams to facilitate business needs, align technical product capabilities, and ensure they work together seamlessly.
Key Responsibilities:

- Close collaboration with the business team (clients support, payments department, compliance teams etc);
- Gather business requirements from key stakeholders considering product consistency and ideology;
- Decompose function delivery on stages to meet business needs progressively;
- Assist with requirements gathering and digitalization on all task lifecycle stages;
- Create requirements specification for developers & designers team;
- Create specifications for different APIs integration;
- Compose entity descriptions and data flow diagrams;
- Create customer product specifications and run product demos.
Requirements:
- Solid experience (3 years +) with business requirements analysis in the IT domain;
- Ability to transformative business requirements to consistent requirements specifications for developers (web, mobile) & designer teams;
- Understanding of principles and specifics SDLC;
- Upper-intermediate written and verbal English;
- Strong analytical skills to make a critical assessment of the information from numerous sources;
- Systems thinking and functional decomposition skills;
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
Nice to have:
- Bachelor or MSc degree in computer science, finance or related field;
- Knowledge and expertise in Fintech area is a strong plus (payments, compliance, etc.);
- Knowledge of business process description methodologies is a plus (BPMN).
