Your responsibilities will include:
Prepare and drive financial budgets and plans, financial forecasts and report variances in close cooperation with various departments regarding financial plans, issues and follow-ups
Prepare, publish and present monthly financial review report and statements
Put hands-on revenue analysis from all business lines
Prepare, publish and present monthly financial review report and statements
Provide financial insights and make actionable recommendations
Drive improvements and quality within finance function

About you:
For this position, we are looking for a driven, committed and responsible person. You are very analytical and are happy to take your own initiatives and give suggestions for improvement. To succeed in the role, you also have a structured approach and a solution-focused, proactive attitude.Qualifications for the role of Business Controller:
Master of Business Administration or equivalent
At least 4-5 years of experience in the role of Business Controller
Independent in budget preparation, follow-up and reporting
Previously worked in analytical roles
Outstanding financial analytical skills
High understanding of the difference between regulatory and management reporting
Fluent in English both orally and in writing
