Job description
Business Performance Reporting & Analysis
Business Partnering & Support
Reporting Systems & Processes
- Assist with the preparation of monthly results & financial reporting including commentary and insights on the results
- Produce monthly reporting packs for HO and regional management
- Report on key performance indicators to monitor performance and where required identify new KPI’s critical to managing the business
- Assist with the preparation of quarterly forecast and annual budgets to ensure the achievement of established objectives and key milestones
- Ad hoc analysis as required
Business Partnering & Support
- Establish relationships across the Baltics region to deliver reporting support, guidance and financial oversight
- Support the analytics requirements across a variety of project initiatives to help set strategic direction
- Establish relationships with a range of Finance, Operational and Sales functions across the organisation and provide support to those functions
Reporting Systems & Processes
- Assist in the roll-out of the global ERP system SAP in the region
- Drive process improvement and enhancements including automation and simplification of accounting, planning and reporting processes.

What You Bring
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
- 3+ years of experience in financial planning & analysis, business performance reporting, or controlling
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate financial data into clear commentary and actionable insights for senior management
- Solid experience with budgeting, quarterly forecasting, and management reporting packs
- Advanced Excel skills; hands-on experience with SAP or other ERP systems is a strong advantage
- Comfortable working with large data sets, KPI frameworks, and ad hoc analysis under time pressure
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, with the confidence to business-partner across Finance, Operations, and Sales functions
- A proactive, structured, and detail-oriented approach, with the ability to manage multiple deadlines across a regional (Baltics) scope
- Fluent English and Lithuanian, written and spoken; an additional Baltic language (Latvian or Estonian) or Russian is a plus
- Experience working in an international or matrix-organization environment is an advantage
- Openness to driving process improvement, automation, and change (e.g., supporting an ERP rollout)
