We are looking for a Business Controller to join our new team in Vilnius.

We are looking for a Business Controller to join our new team in Vilnius.
Responsibilities:
- Period-end closing activities, financial validation, and reconciliations
- Cash flow, P&L and Balance Sheet analysis
- Preparation of monthly management reports and financial analysis, including actuals vs budget and forecast reviews
- Preparation and maintenance of forecasts, budgets, and financial projections
- Monitoring business performance and KPIs, providing actionable insights and recommendations
- Maintain, develop, and implement internal controls, financial policies, and compliance requirements
- Support business stakeholders in finance processes and act as a trusted business partner
- Perform risk assessment and identify opportunities for process improvements, standardization, and automation
- Provide financial guidance and decision-support analysis to related parties
- Participate in and support projects, system implementations, and new tool development
- Support internal and external audits, ensuring timely preparation of audit materials and responses
- Ensure accuracy and quality of financial data, reporting, and master data where applicable
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives and contribute to best-practice sharing across finance teams
Basic requirements for the position
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance or similar business degree
- 2-5 years of relevant experience
- Customer service mindset, problem solving skills
- Strong analytical mindset
- Fast learner
- Flexibility in adapting to fast-paced environment and changes
- High level of responsibility, detail-orientation
- Teamwork and co-operation skills in a cross-cultural organization
- Excellent communication skills, fluent in both spoken and written English
- SAP and other accounting software and databases experience would be an advantage
