What you will do:
- Prepare license proposals and renewals independently - not just filling templates, but actually thinking through the best options for the client.
- Calculate prices, apply discounts, and make sure the numbers add up (and make business sense).
- Coordinate proposal details with sales and consultants - you're the glue between the commercial and technical sides.
- Handle public procurement documentation. Yes, the serious stuff.
- Resolve non-standard situations: migrations, license changes, edge cases.
- Keep an eye on margins, Atlassian rules, and TeamBit's business guidelines, because details matter.
What we expect from you:
- 2–4 years of experience in IT, SaaS, or commercial operations.
- Good understanding of SaaS or software licensing concepts. Atlassian knowledge is a plus.
- Analytical mindset - you can compare options, spot issues, and suggest alternatives.
- Ability to work independently and own your tasks end-to-end.
- Clear communication with different stakeholders: clients, sales, partners.
- Comfortable working with structured data, pricing logic, and documentation.
- Awareness of data security basics.
- Bonus: experience using AI tools in your day-to-day work.
Nice to have:
- Hands-on experience with Atlassian partner portals and systems.
- Familiarity with public procurement processes.
- Already holding (or working toward) Atlassian certifications - if not, we'll help you get there.
