Purpose of the position
Purpose of the position is to contribute to BENU pharmacy’s business development through category management – strengthening BENU position in the market of dedicated products category, negotiations with suppliers, assortment handling and expansion.
Main tasks:
Be responsible for the development of turnover, profit and market share of dedicated category in physical pharmacies.
Negotiate with suppliers on new assortment possibilities, marketing activities in physical pharmacies channel, development of a competitive assortment, setting assortment priorities.
Ensure planning and implementation of marketing plans in the assigned categories in coordination with other category managers & marketing department, develop campaigns in accordance with the seasonal and market trends, ensuring competitiveness and attractive offers.
Monitor product pricing in physical pharmacies, balancing company's goals, customer satisfaction and legal requirements, initiate and lead possible improvements.
Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of commercial and marketing activities, perform needed channel commercial analysis.
Monitor and follow the development of dedicated category in the market and its latest trends, proactively respond to market trends and activities.
Recognize new opportunities and development of commercial activities to improve business performance.

Requirements to the Candidate
Education in business management or marketing.
Experience in category management or retail business development (2+ years).
Driven by innovation and consistent improvement.
Customer centered mindset.
Strong analytical, data-driven problem solving and decision-making skills.
Proficient in MS office.
Good communication skills and proactivity.
