Category Promotion Planner (Maternity leave cover)

Plan and execute promotions in assigned categories;
Patrticipate in management and promotion strategy planing;
Analyze the performance of promotions against the set target;
Negotiate with suppliers;
Manage marketing service income according to the target ;
Analyze the latest market trends in consumer preferences for the assigned categories;
Identify improvement possibilities within the area of responsibility.

At least 2 years of experience in retail, promotion planning, buying or category management;
Good skills in negotiations, analytics, planning and time-management;
Ability to work independently;
Good communication and people skills;
Active and dynamic approach to work and getting things done;
Ability to manage stressful situations and effectively solve problems;
Very good MS Excel skills (experience working with SAP/BW - advantage);
Higher education in Economics, Business Management or another related field (advantage);
Fluency in English and Lithuanian.
