RESPONSIBILITIES:
Overall finance and accounting:
Plant cost controlling and analysis:
- Full organization and control of the company’s accounting process;
- Preparation of financial statements in accordance with Lithuanian legislation and (if required) international standards;
- Calculation of taxes and submission of declarations (VAT, personal income tax, corporate income tax, payroll oversight, and month-end closing, audit coordination etc.);
- Advising management on financial and tax matters.
Plant cost controlling and analysis:
- Provide support on product cost roll and pricing maintenance;
- Supervision of production accounting (cost calculation, inventory control);
- Prepare, consolidate weekly & monthly manufacturing variances report, comments on actual vs. plan and forecast);
- Responsible for month-end Inventory reporting and tracking;
- Support the preparation of comprehensive business reviews and updates to various audiences.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Higher education in accounting, finance, or economics;
- 6-8 years of finance experience;
- Experience in a manufacturing company is required
- Background in accounting, audit, and some financial analysis;
- To support business leaders in establishing data-driven decisions and strategies;
- Experience with accounting systems (e.g., BC);
- Strong MS Excel skills;
- Communication skills and proficiency in written and spoken English;
- Responsibility, attention to detail, analytical thinking;
- Ability to work independently;
- Committed and driven to meet deadlines, targets and objectives.
