Your Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate, control, and optimise the accounting processes for a group of companies in Lithuania and in cooperation with external accounting partners from international offices
- Prepare financial statements following Lithuanian and International Business Accounting Standards
- Prepare and submit tax declarations including VAT, corporate income tax, personal income tax, etc.
- Prepare and submit mandatory reports to government authorities (Tax Inspectorate, Sodra, Center of Registers, etc.)
- Collaborate with colleagues in Lithuania, international offices, and external auditors to ensure smooth and compliant financial operations
What We Expect from You
- At least 3 years of experience as a Chief Accountant
- Strong knowledge of the Lithuanian tax system, including VAT, corporate tax, payroll, and related areas
- Experience in preparing financial reports
- A university degree in finance, accounting, or economics
- Proficiency in accounting software (we use Dynamics 365 Business Central).
- Excellent command of Lithuanian and English, both written and spoken; knowledge of Russian would be an advantage
- Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail
- A strong sense of responsibility, initiative, and the ability to work effectively in a global team
