Job description
- Manage the company’s compliance function and regulatory framework.
- Ensure compliance with Lithuanian and applicable EU regulations.
- Liaise with regulators and supervisory authorities as required.
- Develop, implement, and maintain compliance policies and procedures.
- Conduct compliance monitoring and internal compliance reviews.
- Advise management on regulatory risks and compliance obligations.
- Deliver compliance training across the business.
- Report compliance issues to senior management and the Board, where necessary.
- Support AML/CTF governance and related compliance activities.
Requirements
- Relevant degree in Law, Finance, Compliance, or related field.
- Proven experience in a mid-level/senior compliance role within fintech, crypto, banking, or financial services.
- Strong knowledge of the EU/Lithuanian regulatory environment.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Excellent Team player
- Fluency in Lithuanian & English (written and spoken) is required.
- Professional certifications are an advantage.
