Cleaning Department Manager / International Company / Integrated Facility Services

ISS Lietuva started operating in 2005 and today has over 300 employees. ISS Lietuva provides integrated facility services such as office support, cleaning, catering, technical maintenance, health and safety and etc.

Today we are looking for Cleaning Department Manager who will be responsible for leading cleaning department activities.

Main responsibilities:

• Planning and organizing cleaning service and sales activities ensuring that the service provided is in line with international standards and our customers requirements;
  
• Revision of service agreements, providing suggestions for improvement;
  
• Planning and executing budget of the department;
  
• Monitor and follow up the management of resources (people, materials) to ensure budgetary control and profitability (P&L responsible);
  
• Service and sales analysis and preparing reports;
  
• Preparing calculation for tenders;
  
• Leading, motivating a team of service managers, organizing work;
  
• Maintaining good relations with customers;
  
• Ensuring a healthy, safe and secure working environment is in line with current legislation and company HSE policies and procedures.
