Are you detail-oriented, proactive, and passionate about finance? Join our team as a Collection, Claims & Disputes Accountant and play a key role in ensuring smooth and timely cash collection across Coca-Cola HBC Baltic operations. You’ll work in a dynamic, multicultural environment, collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to resolve disputes and optimize processes.
YOUR NEW KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Ensure timely and successful cash collection through proactive communication.
- Manage daily tasks from the collection work list and escalate issues when needed.
- Collaborate with Commercial teams to resolve customer account discrepancies.
- Handle requests related to refunds, incorrect allocations, and balance confirmations.
- Capture and track disputes that impact collections.
- Support continuous improvement and standardization of collection processes.
- Maintain strong relationships across teams and contribute to a positive customer experience.
- Participate in CSR initiatives and knowledge sharing within the team.
ARE THESE YOUR SECRET INGREDIENTS?
- University degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in finance, collections, or customer service.
- Experience in a shared services or multi-site business environment is a plus.
- Strong Excel and Microsoft Office skills; SAP experience is an advantage.
- Fluent in Lithuanian and English.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
