KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Manage construction activities at Mapri Statyba project sites
- Communicate with clients and local authorities
- Coordinate subcontractors and prepare contracts
- Lead and supervise both internal teams and subcontractors
- Maintain thorough documentation of construction activities
- Ensure project deadlines and budgets are met
- Organize and conduct project-related meetings
CANDIDATE PROFILE:
- Educational background in construction and previous experience in a Project Manager role
- Strong technical thinking and understanding of construction processes
- Excellent planning and organizational skills
- Willingness to take ownership, create systems, and contribute to company development
- Valid Project Manager qualification certificate
- Category B driving license
- Proficiency in MS Excel, AutoCAD and other construction-related tools
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Fluency in Lithuanian and English
