Creative Strategist

Finansiškai Raštingi is a fast-growing financial education company on a mission to help everyday people take control of their financial future. Operating across the EU and the USA, we turn financial anxiety into peace of mind through investment education and insurance products.

We're not a slow-moving corporation. We're a results-driven business powered by paid advertising campaigns and lead magnets. We're not looking for just an employee — we're looking for someone who will become the architect of our creative acquisition engine.

You'll own the creative strategy behind our paid acquisition — from audience research to ad concepts to performance analysis. You won't just "make ads." You'll translate business targets (e.g., "500 qualified leads next month") into creative systems that deliver.

Creative Strategy

• Analyse the market, competitors, internal data and audience behaviour — every campaign starts here
  
• Write creative briefs and coordinate a production team to deliver 100+ new ad variations (using AI) per month for EU and US markets
  
• Kill underperformers fast and iterate on winners
  

Full-Funnel Thinking

• Work as a team with the Head of Sales, Media Buyer, and Landing Page Developer (CRO specialist) to ensure your creative strategy matches the landing page and delivers high-quality leads
  
• Get recordings from meetings with customers and develop new ad angles based on their pains and desires
  
• Track beyond CTR — monitor lead quality, lead-to-conversion, and average deposit size per traffic source
  

Analytics & Reporting

• Analyse creative performance across funnels to identify what's working and why
  
• Weekly and monthly trend analysis for board presentations
  
• Provide data-backed recommendations on which creative angles, formats, and hooks to scale or cut
  

Cross-Market Execution

• Adapt creative strategy for EU and US markets while maintaining our education-first (value-first) positioning

You'll start as a Creative Strategist — hands-on with creative strategy and performance analysis. Once you've proven results, you'll have the opportunity to grow into a Team Lead role, and eventually into a Creative Director, building and managing your own team.

Required

• 2–4+ years of experiencein creative strategy for paid social (Meta Ads primarily)
  
• Scale experience:developed and tested high volumes of creative (100+/month)
  
• Funnel expertise:deep understanding of how ad messaging must align with landing pages and audience stage
  
• Analytics:comfortable working with Meta Ads metrics, Atria/Motion, Ads Library, GA4 to evaluate creative performance
  
• Languages:Lithuanian and English (Polish is a strong plus)
  

The "Superpower" Bonus

• Experience in financial services or high-ticket lead generation
  
• Ability to explain why a specific ad hook works based on behavioural psychology, not just "best practices"
  
• Experience creating for Google, YouTube and TikTok ad formats
  
• Experience localising creative across different markets (EU and US)
