Creator Partnerships & Video Sourcing Internship (Facebook Growth)

We are looking for an energetic, social-media-obsessed Creator Partnerships & Video Sourcing Intern to join our content team. Our largest Facebook page boasts over 28 million followers, giving us massive reach and distribution. Your main mission is to help us secure original, engaging video content to keep our audience hooked. You will spend your day deep-diving into social media platforms, identifying emerging video creators, negotiating content licensing (buying affordable video rights), and pitching high-value collaboration opportunities on our massive pages.

What You Will Do:

• Spend time daily scouting TikTok, Instagram, YouTube Shorts, and Facebook for trending or high-potential video creators who fit our brand line;
  
• Pitch creators directly to explore video collaborations, cross-promotions, and partnerships leveraging our 28M+ reach;
  
• Identify, negotiate, and purchase affordable original video clips and rights from creators to build out our original content pipeline;
  
• Screen and filter incoming creator videos to ensure they align with our channel's aesthetic, guidelines, and audience interest;
  
• Maintain structured logs of outreach, response rates, acquired videos, and creator contacts.
  

What We Expect:

• You spend hours scrolling TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and Facebook, and you instinctively know what makes a video go viral;
  
• Excellent written communication skills for cold outreach; persuasive, polite, and confident in DMs and emails;
  
• Resourceful at finding budget-friendly video deals and pitching win-win partnerships to creators;
  
• Able to manage multiple ongoing creator conversations without losing track of details;
  
• Basic understanding of video licensing, copyright guidelines, or Facebook monetization rules;
  
• Prior experience in influencer marketing, social media management, or talent outreach.
