THE CREW HR MANAGER WILL:
- Lead and manage end-to-end HR processes for flight crew: workforce planning, recruitment, selection, onboarding, contract administration, performance support, and offboarding;
- Partner closely with Crew Operations and other stakeholders to ensure staffing needs are met efficiently and in line with business priorities;
- Own and control the crew attraction strategy across all possible channels: social media and professional networks, referrals, databases, agencies, partnerships, and industry events.
- Ensure consistent quality, messaging, and outcomes;
- Ensure accurate and compliant crew documentation and contract management, including contract changes and timely communication between all parties involved;
- Oversee and/or coordinate assessments in the selection process (including psychological assessments where applicable) and ensure a smooth candidate journey;
- Oversee and maintain crew employee experience: support initiatives that improve crew wellbeing, engagement, retention, and overall satisfaction throughout the employee lifecycle;
- Maintain and continuously improve internal databases, digital personnel records, and reporting related to crew HR activities;
- Continuously enhance the candidate and employee experience, improve HR processes, and contribute to broader HR projects and initiatives.
YOU ARE WELCOME TO APPLY IF YOU:
- Have a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s degree is an advantage);
- Have at least 2 years of managerial experience, and at least 5 years of experience in HR;
- Have experience in the aviation industry;
- Are fluent in English and Lithuanian, both written and spoken;
- Demonstrate strong stakeholder management skills and can communicate clearly and confidently at all levels;
- Have excellent attention to detail and the ability to handle sensitive information with discretion;
- Are confident using HR systems and MS Office tools, and are comfortable working with data and reports.
