CRM & Retention Specialist

You will work with customer communication across different markets, manage CRM campaigns, analyze their performance, and help us continuously improve customer engagement and retention.

• Around 2 years of practical experience in CRM, email marketing, retention marketing, or a similar role involving direct customer communication;
  
• Hands-on experience with CRM or marketing automation platforms — you have personally set up and executed campaigns;
  
• Experience working with email, SMS, or other direct marketing channels;
  
• Understanding of customer segmentation, targeting, and personalized communication;
  
• Analytical mindset — you can work with campaign data, understand key performance metrics, and identify what could be improved;
  
• Proactive and independent approach — you can manage your tasks, solve problems, and suggest ideas without constant guidance;
  
• Good organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple tasks;
  
• Good communication and teamwork skills;
  
• Good written and spoken English.
  

Nice to have

• Experience working with automated customer journeys;
  
• Knowledge of A/B testing and CRM campaign optimization;
  
• Knowledge and interest in sports would be considered an advantage.

2800-3400 €/mon. gross
depending on experience and skills
