About Team
- You’ll join the IPF Digital Hub CRM team, working with colleagues across six markets to create, deliver and continuously improve multi-channel customer communications.
- You’ll work closely with Marketing Managers, CRM, Product and IT teams, learning how customer insight, data and technology come together to create relevant journeys that improve conversion, customer experience and CRM coverage.
This role is based in Vilnius, Lithuania, with responsibility for initiatives across all IPF Digital operations and markets.
Here’s how you’ll put your skills into action:
- Customer Engagement: Build, test and deliver automated omnichannel campaigns in Salesforce Marketing Cloud, supporting customer journeys that contribute to monthly targets, conversion and a positive customer experience.
- Marketing Technology: Develop your hands-on knowledge of Salesforce Marketing Cloud and email and SMS automation, using our CRM tools to set up reliable campaigns and support effective communication with customers.
- Data Analysis: Use campaign results and customer data to understand performance, spot opportunities and support improvements to CRM activity. SQL knowledge will be useful but is not essential for the role.
- Process Improvement: Help capture learning from campaign delivery, identify opportunities to improve existing ways of working and contribute to the development of automated CRM journeys.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Work closely with Marketing Managers, CRM teams, Product, IT and other colleagues to understand campaign requirements, coordinate delivery and help resolve day-to-day challenges.
- Communication and language skills: Communicate confidently and clearly in both Lithuanian and English, adapting your language and style to suit diverse audiences. You’ll facilitate collaboration across international teams, ensuring shared understanding and smooth delivery across markets.
We also know that experience counts – and we believe that the following can support your success:
- Some practical experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud or another campaign management, CRM or marketing automation platform. This could come from a previous role, internship or other hands-on experience with digital campaigns.
- An interest in CRM, customer journeys and email/SMS marketing automation, with the motivation to develop your technical and campaign management skills. Knowledge of SQL is a good-to-have rather than a requirement.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills, attention to detail and the ability to organise your work and priorities. Experience in financial services, fintech, e-commerce, FMCG or retail can be helpful, but it is not essential.
What we can offer you:
- A gross monthly salary of €2,100–€2,500, depending on your skills and experience.
- Health insurance after successfully completing your probation period.
- Hybrid working opportunities, giving you flexibility between office and remote work.
- Free parking near the office.
- Office lunches.
- Access to the Siffi mental wellbeing platform.
- Team and company events – because we value spending time together beyond the day-to-day work.
- The opportunity to work in a dynamic, international environment and build practical CRM and marketing automation experience across multiple markets.
- A collaborative team where you can learn from experienced colleagues, ask questions, share your ideas and continue developing your skills.
