About the Role:
We are looking for an experienced CRM Technical Team Lead to lead our Microsoft Dynamics 365 development team while actively contributing to the design, development, and delivery of enterprise CRM solutions. This is a hands-on leadership role that combines technical expertise with people management, ensuring the successful delivery of solutions that meet business needs.
As the CRM Development Team Lead, you will play a key role in our CRM team based in Faxe. Reporting to the Head of CRM Systems, you will combine hands-on technical expertise with team leadership to drive the successful delivery and continuous improvement of our Microsoft Dynamics 365 platform. You will work in close collaboration with the CRM Architect and CRM team in Faxe to ensure solutions are scalable, aligned with our enterprise architecture, and built according to best practices.
You will also coach and develop your team, promote engineering best practices, and drive continuous improvement across the CRM platform.
Your team:
The Royal Unibrew CRM team consists of a Head of CRM Systems, a Product Owner (Functional Lead), three Business Analysts (Senior Consultants), a Technical Architect, and a QA Engineer. A dedicated CRM development team will be established in Lithuania, with you taking a leading role in building and shaping the team. Your team will be part of one integrated CRM organization across the Netherlands, Denmark, and Lithuania.
The Lithuanian IT office:
The Lithuanian IT team at Royal Unibrew currently consists of 16 specialists: IT support specialists, BI/Data/Analytics team members, and the MDM team. With the addition of the new CRM team, we expect the IT team in our Vilnius office to grow to more than 20 people.

Key responsibilities:
- Lead, coach, mentor, and develop the local CRM development team, fostering a collaborative and high-performing culture.
- Understand business needs and operational processes to design effective Microsoft Dynamics 365 solutions.
- Customize, configure, and extend Microsoft Dynamics 365 to meet business requirements.
- Participate in development projects by providing technical estimates, designing and developing solutions, and collaborating with project teams throughout the delivery lifecycle.
- Ensure high-quality technical delivery through code reviews, technical guidance, and adherence to development standards.
- Support platform governance by promoting standartization, best practices, and scalable solution design.
- Perform system maintenance, upgrades, and platform enhancements while minimizing disruption to business users.
- Create and maintain accurate technical documentation, ensuring knowledge is shared and documentation remains up to date.
- Drive continuous improvement of development processes, tools, and methodologies.
- Contribute to team success by delivering assigned tasks on time and supporting colleagues to keep projects on schedule.
Your profile:
- 3+ years of hands-on experience as a Microsoft Dynamics 365 Developer, delivering end-to-end enterprise CRM solutions.
- Previous experience leading, coaching, or mentoring a development team, or experience as a Senior Developer with a strong motivation to step up into a technical team leadership role.
- Strong expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 customizations, plugin development, and solution configuration.
- Ideally, strong full-stack development experience using: C# or React/JavaScript or TypeScript/Power Fx.
- Experience developing with Microsoft Power Apps and the Microsoft Power Platform.
- Familiarity with Azure DevOps, including source control, CI/CD pipelines, and agile delivery practices.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Fluent in written and spoken English.
