Customer Analyst – Multilingual (Polish and/or Czech + English)
Your RoleAs a Customer Analyst: you are the key point of contact between customers and the company. You will analyze customer inquiries, provide solutions and ensure an excellent customer experience across multiple channels.
Your Profile
Fluency in one of the following languages: Polish, Czech
Very good English skills (minimum B2/C1)
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and customer orientation
Ability to work in a fast-paced, international environment
Comfortable working in a digital, fast-paced and structured environment
