Key Responsibilities
Your Mission
As a Customer Service & Logistics Coordinator, you will play a key role in delivering excellent customer experience while ensuring efficient order processing, logistics coordination, and business support activities. Acting as a central link between customers, suppliers, logistics partners, and the sales team, you will help drive operational excellence and support business growth.
As a Customer Service & Logistics Coordinator, you will play a key role in delivering excellent customer experience while ensuring efficient order processing, logistics coordination, and business support activities. Acting as a central link between customers, suppliers, logistics partners, and the sales team, you will help drive operational excellence and support business growth.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customers and business partners.
- Coordinate order processing, confirmations, deliveries, and freight transportation.
- Manage relationships and daily operations with external warehouse partners.
- Prepare invoices, reports, and other administrative documentation.
- Collaborate closely with the local Sales Team to support customer needs and business objectives.
- Maintain and update the company website and My Puratos e-shop platform, including content translation and localization.
- Ensure smooth information flow between local stakeholders and international suppliers across Europe.
What We Are Looking For
- Previous experience in customer service, sales support, logistics coordination or a similar administrative role.
- Interest in marketing and digital content management activities.
- Excellent communication skills in Lithuanian and English, both written and spoken.
- Strong computer skills, especially in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- SAP experience is considered a strong advantage.
- High attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and a proactive approach.
- Customer-focused mindset with the flexibility to manage multiple priorities.
