As a Depositary Officer, you will have the following responsibilities:

Actively participating in the preparation work of the day to day operational depositary work:
Cash Flow monitoring;
NAV and Investment Restrictions Oversight;
Investment Recordkeeping;
Asset Ownership Verification.
Performing controls on the preparation work in order to insurance qualitative data to be treated by other team members.
Being in contact with the other depositary team members and bring to the attention of your manager any specific blocking points preventing you to finish your preparation tasks.

Associate or bachelor’s degree in a business related field is a plus but not required.
You show interest in the Financial Sector and specifically in the Private Equity and Real Estate Industry.
You have between 0 and 2 years of relevant experience.
You are fluent in English (Knowledge of French and/or German will be considered as an asset).
You have very good knowledge of MS Office.
You are organized, flexible, able to manage several tasks and respect deadlines.
You are keen to work in a small structure and you combine a large autonomy with the necessary attention to detail.
You are dynamic and have excellent communication skills.
