Dispatch assistant / Entry Level

Deliver excellent customer service with a professional and proactive approach
∙ Handle emergency and non-emergency calls, recording accurate and essential information
∙ Resolve issues efficiently by transmitting information or providing timely solutions
∙ Receive and dispatch orders for products and deliveries
∙ Prioritize incoming calls based on urgency and importance
∙ Monitor OTR (on-the-road) drivers, coordinating routes and optimizing schedules
∙ Provide drivers with real-time updates on orders, traffic, obstacles, and requirements
∙ Maintain accurate data entry, logs, and records of calls and daily activities
∙ Support dispatch operations and assist with daily team tasks

Additional Information

∙ Full training provided — prior experience is an advantage, but not required
∙ Working hours: 15:00 – 01:00, Monday to Friday (stable and predictable schedule)
