Responsibilities:
- Communicate effectively with customers to understand their needs, provide service information, and offer solutions to meet their requirements;
- Book loads negotiating the best price;
- Provide updates to the brokers and customers during the shipment;
- Follow up on leads to convert them into customers and building strong relations with those;
- Meet sales targets in a fast-paced environment.
Requirements:
- At least 1 year of experience in dispatch/ sales position in US logistics;
- Experience with load boards (such as DAT);
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills;
- Excellent verbal and written English skills.
