Essential Functions:
- post vacancies and ads with job post on various platforms;
- actively source candidates and conduct the phone interviews;
- perform background check on selected candidates (MVR, PSP, Clearinghouse);
- request and check all neccessary drivers' documents;
- keep all the information in the system up-to-date;
- assist with office hires in case of necessity.
Requirements:
- at least 6 months of relevant experience (e.g. Recruiter, Customer Support or any US logistics experience);
- desire to learn and develop professionally as Recruiter;
- excellent verbal and written English skills;
- advanced communication skills;
- understanding of recruitment processes would be a plus.
We offer:
- On-site work at the city center (Remote isn’t consider);
- Afternoon schedule: 3 PM – 12 PM.
