Responsibilities:
- Creating drivers' work schedules and organizing the change process.
- Consulting drivers on payroll-related matters.
- Informing, mentoring, and communicating with drivers, including resolving problematic situations.
- Screening applications, recruiting new drivers.

Sounds interesting? Here’s what we’re looking for:
- Experience in HR, transportation, or logistics sectors.
- Fluency in English (at least B2 level) and Russian / Portuguese languages (at least B2 level).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Problem-solving abilities and quick response to changing situations.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to work in a team.
