The investment fund behind our real estate portfolio was established by Lords LB Asset Management.
We are looking for a Financial Analyst to join our team in Vilnius. In this role, you will work across two closely connected areas: financial analysis and reporting for our managed real estate assets, and financial reporting for the investment fund.
You will work closely with the CFO, external accounting partners, and other teams, gaining a broad view of both the financial and operational side of real estate and fund management. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Monitor and analyse key financial and operational indicators, perform financial modelling, and coordinate valuations of managed real estate assets in collaboration with relevant stakeholders
- Coordinate annual budgeting and forecasting processes together with the CFO
- Prepare detailed monthly management reports, comparing actual performance against budgets and forecasts and explaining key variances and performance drivers
- Prepare and coordinate financial and fund reporting for the Bank of Lithuania, investors, and the management company
- Prepare comprehensive and well-structured monthly presentations for investors covering financial performance, key developments, and the progress of major real estate projects
- Continuously improve internal financial reports, analytical tools, and reporting processes
- Work with Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central, and Power BI, contributing to the further development of the company’s reporting and analytics capabilities
QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:
- University degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to turn complex financial information into clear, effective presentations
- Understanding of financial reporting and the ability to critically review financial information prepared by others
- Experience in financial analysis, controlling, audit, or a similar finance role would be considered an advantage
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel; experience with Power BI would be a strong advantage
- Attention to detail, curiosity, and a proactive approach to problem-solving
- Ability to work independently, take ownership, and collaborate effectively with internal colleagues and external partners
- Very good command of English and Lithuanian, both written and spoken
