What You Will Do:
- Manage the regional store network across Finland, Latvia, and Estonia - from new store openings to team results.
- Lead store teams: recruitment, competence development, work organization, motivation, and workforce planning.
- Coordinate assortment, promotion, and e-commerce projects with franchisors - monitoring product changes, new launches, and pricing, along with competitor and market analysis.
- Collaborate with the marketing team on planning and executing promotional campaigns (SKU selection, forecasting, documentation).
- Analyze sales, stock levels, and campaign performance; prepare regular reports for internal stakeholders and franchise partners.
- Obtain required licenses and product documentation, ensuring compliance with applicable regulations.
- Maintain active collaboration with other company departments.
What We Expect:
- Experience in regional/store management, project coordination, or category management.
- Strong leadership and people-management skills.
- Analytical mindset and confidence working with data and reports.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to multitask.
- Experience in retail, cosmetics/beauty, or franchise business - an advantage.
- Fluent English.
- Willingness to travel across Finland, Latvia, and Estonia.
