We are looking for a proactive Full Solution Sales Manager to drive sales of our integrated telematics solutions, combining GPS tracking hardware and SaaS fleet management software.

We are looking for a proactive Full Solution Sales Manager to drive sales of our integrated telematics solutions, combining GPS tracking hardware and SaaS fleet management software.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Prospect, engage, and acquire new B2B clients across Europe by promoting and selling integrated telematics solutions (software + hardware);
- Explore market opportunities and create customized offers;
- Understand client challenges and position integrated solutions accordingly;
- Collaborate with product, pre-sales, and technical teams to meet customer needs;
- Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline and manage CRM tools;
- Lead commercial negotiations and close deals with multiple stakeholders;
- Analyze customer needs and feedback to help improve products and messaging.
REQUIREMENTS
- 3+ years of B2B sales experience, preferably selling SaaS or hardware (like telematics, fleet management or IoT);
- Strong experience in active outbound sales and hunting new business clients across international markets;
- Proven ability to identify decision-makers, build pipelines from scratch, and proactively generate new sales opportunities;
- International business development or enterprise client acquisition;
- Excellent English language skills;
- A high sense of responsibility and a proactive attitude;
- Persistence and a strong results-driven mindset;
- Skilled at identifying customer needs and offering tailored solutions;
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills;
- Self-motivated with a clear focus on achieving sales targets;
- Willingness to travel for client visits and exhibitions;
- Hands-on experience with AI sales platforms such as Lemlist and Apollo.
Advantage if:
- Proficiency in other European languages considered a strong advantage (Portuguese, Italian, French, Russian, etc.);
- Background in international business development or enterprise client acquisition;
- Experience using CRM tools like Salesforce, ERP, or PowerBI is a plus.

The salary range for this position is starting from 2809 euro (gross) per month, plus bonuses. As Ruptela is an equal opportunity workplace, the precise salary offered to the right candidate will be based on one’s qualifications, competencies, and professional experiences.
