About the role:
Our projects fall into a few types:
- Product and web app builds. Full applications for a client, from the first screen through to production.
- AI agents and assistants. Support automation, email handling, and internal assistants that answer from a client's own data.
- Document and data pipelines. You take messy real inputs, such as emails, scanned files, spreadsheets and undocumented exports, and turn them into structured records.
- Integrations. CRM, ERP, payment and operations API.
- Reporting and dashboards.
You are a good fit if:
- You have shipped and maintained full stack applications in production.
- You are strong in TypeScript and React or Next.js on the frontend.
- You are comfortable on the backend with Node.js or Python, and you design your own database schemas in Postgres or similar.
- You have worked with LLM APIs and know how to keep their output reliable. Experience with vector databases, RAG systems or agent frameworks.
- You deploy your own work and can debug it once it is live.
- You can explain technical trade-offs to non-technical people.
