About the Team & Business Line:
Fund Administration is Citco’s core business, and our alternative asset and accounting service is one of the industry’s most respected. Our continuous investment in learning and technology solutions means our people are equipped to deliver a seamless client experience.
As a core member of our Real Assets Fund Accounting team, you will be working with some of the industry’s most accomplished professionals to deliver award-winning services for complex fund structures that our clients can depend upon.

Your Role:
- Review financial statements in accordance with local and industry-specific accounting standards (LUX, NL, UK GAAPs)
- Coordinate with accountants to obtain, validate and analyse underlying data used in financial statement preparation
- Maintain and update financial statement templates in line with regulatory changes and client-specific requirements
- Deliver accurate and high-quality financial reports to clients worldwide
- Monitor and manage financial statement production timelines to ensure timely delivery and adherence to deadlines
- Coordinate and oversee the filing of annual accounts with relevant authorities, ensuring compliance with local regulatory requirements
- Act as a key contact for other Citco teams/client queries related to financial statements, collaborating effectively with other team members, managers, colleagues, and counterparties in a professional and proactive manner
- Support and contribute to process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and standardisation within the team
- Provide guidance and on-the-job support to junior team members, as applicable
About You:
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, economics, or a related discipline
- Minimum 2–3 years’ experience in financial statement preparation and/or review
- Solid understanding of accounting standards (IFRS, UK GAAP, Lux GAAP, or NL GAAP) is an advantage
- Strong attention to detail with a proactive and analytical mindset
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work under tight deadlines
- Strong communication skills with the ability to interact with stakeholders
- Eagerness to learn and adapt in a dynamic environment
