About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Leader to join Business Systems Department where you will lead and evolve our commercial platforms that power a wide range of everyday services.
You will take ownership of a complex, high-volume transaction ecosystem that connects retail terminal networks, POS systems, and digital channels.
This is a strategic and hands-on leadership role with managerial responsibility of at least 6 direct subordinates.

You’ll be responsible for
- Leading the end-to-end lifecycle of business systems (from requirements and process design to integration, testing, and go-live)
- Owning and evolving a multi-channel commercial platform
- Managing communication and implementation of system integrations with external partners
- Ensuring stable, secure, and scalable transaction processing across all channels
- Leading multi-country platform expansion and rollout initiatives
- Overseeing vendors, contracts, and technical partners
What you will do
- Own the full lifecycle of lottery and commercial service integrations
- Translate business needs into effective system and process designs
- Oversee integration, testing, and successful go-live across retail and digital channels
- Continuously improve and expand our omnichannel commercial platform
- Ensure reliable, high-volume transaction processing
- Deliver seamless customer experiences across retail terminals, POS systems, and mobile channels
- Lead system integrations with third-party providers
- Build and maintain strong, long-term partner relationships
We’re looking for:
- 5+ years of experience in IT, IT project management or Product ownership field
- 3+ years of proven experience leading and developing teams (including direct management of small to mid-sized teams)
- Proven experience leading complex system integrations and cross-functional teams
- Solid understanding of Software Development Lifecycle, requirement gathering and business process design
- Experience working with external partners and vendors
- Ability to effectively bridge business and IT stakeholders
- Excellent Lithuanian and English communication skills (written and spoken)
Nice to have
- Experience with POS / terminal networks, Payment or transaction processing systems, API integrations and distributed systems
- Experience with lottery systems or other regulated transaction environments
- Exposure to multi-country deployments
- Technical background
- Professional working proficiency in Polish
