The Customer Service Manager is responsible for the quality of customer service and communication for the company. The goal of the job is to ensure that the customer service team efficiently and timely handles all customer inquiries and communications.

- Developing and nurturing business relationships with existing clients in collaboration with the Sales Director
- Active communication and cooperation with potential/new clients to ensure positive development of business relationships and/or smooth onboarding of a new client
- Effective management of the customer service team and ensuring smooth teamwork, coordination, team motivation, development, assistance in resolving issues
- Ensuring smooth and constructive cooperation with other departments of the company in order to ensure the fulfilment of customer orders and achieve the company's sales goals
- Setting KPIs for the customer service group, their constant monitoring and the formulation and implementation of necessary actions to achieve KPI goals
- Ensuring that agreements or action points from meetings are clear, responded to, agreed upon and completed internally and externally (agents, clients, prospects)
Reikalavimai
- At least 1 year of managerial experience.
- Administrative/coordination/ sales work experience
- Higher/postgraduate education.
- Organization, efficiency, result orientation, communication skills.
- Computer literacy
- Very good knowledge of English and Lithuanian
