We are looking for a Head of Financial Planning, Analysis & Reporting to lead financial planning, strengthen performance reporting, and support strategic decisions through actionable insights.
Your impact
- Lead and develop the FP&A and reporting team;
- Own budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial planning;
- Analyse business performance, highlight risks and opportunities, and recommend improvement actions;
- Deliver management and shareholder reporting, supported by meaningful KPIs and dashboards;
- Partner with business leaders to evaluate investments, challenge assumptions, and guide resource allocation;
- Improve financial models, planning, and reporting through automation and digital tools.
What we are looking for
- Strong experience in FP&A or business controlling within a complex, international organization;
- At least 3 years of team leadership experience;
- Proven expertise in budgeting, forecasting, and management reporting, supported by solid accounting knowledge;
- Advanced Excel and financial modelling skills; experience with BI or planning tools;
- A degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field;
- Strong business judgement, ownership, and the ability to influence senior stakeholders;
- Fluent English, both written and spoken.
