At LANDE, we connect investors with secured agricultural loans across Europe.
Over the past few years, we have funded more than EUR 60 million, built a community of 10,000+ investors from across Europe, and expanded into four markets.
Now we’re looking for someone to help us take the next step.
We’re looking for someone who will take full ownership of investor growth.
This is not a traditional marketing or sales role.
Your mission is simple: grow the amount of capital invested through the platform.

What you’ll own

• Develop and execute the investor growth strategy.
  
• Discover new investor acquisition channels and partnerships.
  
• Launch experiments, measure results, and scale what works.
  
• Work closely with the CEO, marketing and product teams.
  
• Turn investor insights into product improvements.
  
• Represent LANDE at conferences, webinars, podcasts and within the investor community.
  
• Help build one of Europe’s strongest investment communities.
  

You’ll be responsible for:

• Growing invested capital.
  
• Acquiring new investors.
  
• Improving investor retention.
  
• Scaling acquisition channels efficiently.
  
• Expanding into new markets and partnerships.

You’ll have the freedom to test ideas, launch new channels, influence product decisions, represent the company publicly, and shape how thousands of investors discover and invest through LANDE.

3500-5000 €/mon. gross

• Meaningful performance bonus linked to investor growth and business results.
