We offer
SALARY: From 5000 EUR/Month GROSS. We’re open to discussing it based on your skills and competencies.
- Lead and develop the Legal Department, ensuring effective resource allocation, efficient processes, and collaboration with external legal counsel.
- Ensure compliance with applicable legislation, including tourism, consumer protection, GDPR, and capital markets regulations.
- Act as a trusted legal advisor to the CEO, the Board, and the Audit and Risk Committee on corporate governance and business matters.
- Ensure compliance with inside information disclosure requirements, support the prevention of market abuse, and prepare related regulatory and corporate documentation.
- Support corporate governance activities, policies, and best practices.
- Serve as Company Secretary, managing board and shareholders’ meetings, preparing minutes and resolutions, and ensuring timely filings and disclosures.
- Draft and review commercial contracts, corporate documents, and other legal documentation, ensuring legal integrity and alignment with business objectives.
- Provide pragmatic, risk-based legal advice to business functions on commercial, employment, consumer protection, and regulatory matters.
- Manage legal disputes, claims, and litigation, coordinating the engagement of external legal counsel where appropriate.
- Contribute to internal policy development and risk management initiatives.
- Coordinate with external counsel; ensure timely, accurate filings and cost-effective support.
Requirements
- Possess a Law degree with a minimum of 5 years of professional experience as a legal officer.
- Strong expertise in corporate and commercial law, with solid knowledge of consumer protection, GDPR, corporate governance, and regulatory compliance. Experience with issuer regulatory and disclosure requirements would be considered an advantage.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills, with a pragmatic, business-oriented approach to managing legal risk.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities, and provide practical, business-oriented legal advice.
- Fluency in Lithuanian and English, both written and spoken.
- Experience in tourism, aviation, or another highly regulated industry would be considered an advantage.
