Heavy Maintenance Planner in Aviation

✈ Plan and coordinate maintenance flow;
✈ Track progress, generate reports;
✈ Creation and monitoring of heavy maintenance check schedules;
✈ Maintain and optimise manpower availability;
✈ Assist with planning and heavy maintenance projects;
✈ Implement new planning procedures and processes;
✈ Motivate team members to complete tasks on schedule;
✈ Produce weekly and monthly KPI reports;
✈ Liaise with internal teams and external parties.

✈ Good English skills (speaking & writing);
✈ Ability to work independently and without direct supervision;
✈ Excellent computer literacy with a good working knowledge of Microsoft applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) particularly in Excel. Knowledge of AMOS, SmartSheet advantageous;
✈ Attention to detail. Work with a high level of individual responsibility;
✈ Good organisational, analytical & time management skills essential;
✈ Ability to work within a dynamic environment and be able to adapt quickly to changing situations;
✈ Planning background or strong technical background with a proven record of problem solving and results;
✈ Excellent communication skills to liaise directly with supervisors and managers.
