What You’ll Do
- Support recruitment activities.
- Assist with employee relations and day-to-day HR matters.
- Prepare HR documentation and maintain accurate employee records.
- Support HR reporting and data analysis.
- Coordinate employee engagement initiatives and internal communications.
- Assist in the implementation of HR projects and processes.
- Partner with the HR Business Partner to provide support to restaurant and office teams.
- Contribute to delivering an excellent employee experience across the organization.
Requirements
- Previous experience in Human Resources, Payroll, or a similar administrative role.
- Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Good analytical skills and confidence using Microsoft Office applications.
- Fluency in Lithuanian and English, both written and spoken.
- A proactive, team-oriented mindset with a willingness to travel to restaurants and support HR initiatives.
