Pallet Repair Workers – Denmark
We are looking for experienced pallet repair workers to join our team in Denmark. The work is performed on a piece-rate basis, offering good earning potential for skilled and efficient workers.

We are looking for experienced pallet repair workers to join our team in Denmark. The work is performed on a piece-rate basis, offering good earning potential for skilled and efficient workers.
We Offer:
- Danish employment contract in accordance with the collective agreement (DI – Industriens Overenskomst)
- Salary paid every 4 weeks
- Piece-rate payment of 8 DKK per repaired EUR pallet
- Pension contributions after the probation period
- Insurance from the first day of employment
- Holiday allowance (12.5%) and SH savings account contribution (4%)
- Assistance with all administrative formalities in Denmark, as well as support with any practical issues that may arise during your employment
- Accommodation available in company-owned apartments (shared 2-person rooms). Accommodation is available at the employee’s expense.
- All necessary new and used pallet repair materials provided (boards, blocks, nails, etc.)
Transportation:
- Transportation from Lithuania to Denmark must be arranged and paid for by the employee.
- If you choose a direct flight from Lithuania to Copenhagen, we can arrange airport pickup upon arrival.

Requirements:
- Previous experience in repairing EUR pallets (Euro pallets) is mandatory.
- No CV is required. Instead, please send us a short description of where and when you have worked with pallet repair.
- Applicants should be able to communicate in English, as this will allow smooth communication during both the recruitment process and daily work.
- If you have experience in EUR pallet repair and are interested in working in Denmark, we would be happy to hear from you.
