The Role:
This is a strategic HR projects role with a strong focus on hiring for our Head Office and General Manager positions across the group.
You'll take ownership of the full recruitment lifecycle, partnering with senior leaders to identify, attract and secure outstanding talent for our most business-critical roles. Beyond recruitment, you'll contribute to key people initiatives that strengthen employee engagement, succession planning and long-term retention across our expanding portfolio.
Reporting directly to the HR Director, you'll collaborate closely with General Managers and our central leadership team while helping drive people initiatives across multiple European markets.

What you will do:
- Lead end-to-end recruitment for Head Office and General Manager positions across the group, proactively building talent pipelines and delivering outstanding hiring outcomes.
- Manage the full recruitment process—from sourcing and interviewing to offers, negotiations and onboarding.
- Prepare employment offers, AAHM and General Manager management contracts, and related employment documentation.
- Lead strategic HR projects, including succession planning, career development frameworks and retention initiatives.
- Design and implement employee engagement and recognition programmes across the group.
- Develop and continuously improve our employee benefits offering.
- Coordinate cross-property HR projects, ensuring consistency, quality and timely delivery across all markets.
- Partner with senior stakeholders to continuously improve recruitment processes and employer branding.
What you bring:
- Proven experience in recruitment or talent acquisition, including hiring for senior leadership or executive-level positions.
- Strong organisational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Experience preparing employment documentation with excellent attention to detail.
- A solid understanding of HR processes and employment fundamentals.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Fluent English is essential.
- A proactive, hands-on mindset and willingness to travel across our portfolio when needed.
