About the role:
You'll work closely with department managers and leadership, supporting employees throughout their entire journey at Walletto. This is a hands-on role where you'll balance operational HR with opportunities to improve processes and contribute to our growing organization.
What you will do:
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing and interviewing to onboarding new employees
- Partner with managers on hiring, employee relations, and day-to-day people matters
- Maintain employee records and ensure HR documentation is accurate and up to date
- Support performance review and talent development processes
- Ensure compliance with Lithuanian employment legislation and internal HR policies
- Coordinate learning and development initiatives
- Support employee engagement activities and internal events
- Identify opportunities to improve HR processes and contribute to HR projects
What we expect from you:
- 2+ years of experience in a generalist HR or similar position
- Experience managing recruitment processes independently
- Good understanding of Lithuanian employment legislation
- Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent English communication skills (written and spoken)
