HubSpot Consultant

We're an international agency delivering projects throughout Europe as well as in the United States.

We’re looking for a HubSpot Consultant who shares our ambition. Someone who understands CRM, thinks commercially, and is excited about applying AI to solve real business challenges. You’ll help our clients move beyond traditional CRM implementations and build smarter, AI-powered ways of marketing, selling, and serving their customers.

As a HubSpot Consultant, you’ll take ownership of that journey from solution design through successful delivery. You will:

• Advise clients on how to get the maximum value from the HubSpot platform.
  
• Translate commercial goals and business requirements into scalable HubSpot solution designs.
  
• Design, configure, and optimize HubSpot across Marketing, Sales, and Service Hub.
  
• Build intelligent workflows, automations, integrations, and AI-powered processes.
  
• Take end-to-end ownership of implementation projects and their successful delivery.
  
• Act as a trusted advisor and primary point of contact for our clients.
  
• Identify opportunities to improve productivity, customer experience, and commercial performance through HubSpot and AI.
  
• Ensure every solution is lightweight, secure, scalable, maintainable, and built to a consistently high standard.

What gets you in the door:

✅ A Bachelor's or Master's in Business or Tech.
✅ 2+ years in a client-facing role.
✅ Project management experience.
✅ Some grounding in how software actually gets built .
✅ Excellent English (bonus: any other European language).
