SUMMARY

The Human Resources Manager ensures the effective and efficient functioning of the HR department by overseeing talent acquisition, onboarding, performance management, employee relations, and compliance with labor laws. This role develops and implements HR strategies, processes, and systems that support business objectives while aligning HR practices with the company’s vision, mission, and core values. The Human Resources Manager fosters a high-performance culture that promotes employee engagement, accountability, continuous improvement, personal growth, and professional development.

PERFORMANCE OBJECTIVES

● Oversee HR department operations, ensuring alignment with company policies and values.
● Strategically manage recruitment efforts to attract top talent and ensure timely hiring.
● Guide and advise team members on recruiting, employment, and onboarding processes.
● Track team performance metrics, ensuring productivity levels meet or exceed KPIs.
● Create and update Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to ensure compliance with labor laws.
● Resolve employee conflicts and provide guidance on leadership and management challenges.
● Facilitate collaboration between departments to support effective hiring and operational alignment.
● Conduct regular performance reviews and probation meetings to support employee development.
● Analyze HR data to provide actionable insights for improving operations and processes.
● Ensure compliance with labor laws to mitigate risks and uphold organizational integrity.
● Conduct productive 1-on-1 meetings with HR team members to address concerns and track progress.
● Performs other related duties assigned.
