OUR EXPECTATIONS:
- University degree in Law (preferably civil law).
- Active law practice of at least 5 years.
- Very good knowledge of civil law.
- Fluent in English (both verbal and written communication).
- Commercial awareness and ability to resolve legal issues quickly and effectively.
- Problem solving attitude and pro-active thinking.
JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Cooperation with team members, providing legal assistance on various questions.
- Drafting and review of various types of contracts.
- Participation in the meetings of corporate bodies.
- Drafting claims and letters.
- Implementation of regulatory changes in the field of corporate matters.
- Consulting colleagues on various legal questions.
- Supervision of administrative and legal documentation within the company.
